The final project conference was held on the 3rd-4th of November in Oulu, Finland. Close to 90 people attended this event with participants from Finland, Scotland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

The programme included a health cluster event “Innovating rural health and social services in the Northern Periphery” for discussion of gaps leading to finalising terms of reference for a strategic health and rural services project applications.
